If you use the quote request form, call, email, send a WhatsApp message or contact Nailed It through Facebook, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, address or location, photos of the job, and details about the work you need.

How information is used

Your information is used to respond to enquiries, understand the work required, provide quotes, arrange visits and complete handyman jobs.

Sharing information

Your details are not sold. They may only be shared where needed to complete a job, comply with the law, or communicate through services you choose to use, such as email, WhatsApp or Facebook.

Website analytics and cookies

This website uses a self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics tool called GoatCounter to understand how the site is used. It records aggregate information such as pages visited, referring websites, approximate country, browser, operating system and screen size. It also records when visitors select the phone, email, WhatsApp or Facebook links.

GoatCounter does not use analytics cookies or persistent identifiers, and IP addresses and full browser user-agent details are not stored. Analytics data is kept on the server operated for Nailed It and is not shared with advertising companies. This information is used in Nailed It’s legitimate interest to measure and improve the website.

Keeping information

Quote requests, messages and job details are stored privately on systems operated for Nailed It. They may be kept for a reasonable period so enquiries, bookings and past work can be managed properly. Requests that do not become jobs can be removed when they are no longer needed.
